PRIORITIZING PEOPLE: A Deep Dive into the 'S' of ESG
for Employers/ Leaders

LIVE / VIRTUAL
FEBRUARY 25TH, 2026
10AM PST

A study by the Center for Sustainability and Excellence highlights a 92% correlation between strong Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance and profitability among companies in Canada and the United States. Now, that’s a stat that demands attention! When people hear "ESG," the focus often lands on the "E" - environmental concerns. And while that's undeniably important, what about the "S"?

The social dimension is emerging as a powerful driver of long-term business success. This webinar explores how organizations can meaningfully prioritize people, improve retention and become a sought-after employer.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Differentiate the social (“S”) component of ESG from its environmental and governance counterparts

  • Identify key areas the social component encompasses (e.g., employee well-being, diversity, etc).

  • Understand how prioritizing the social dimension can enhance employee retention, satisfaction, and organizational reputation.

  • Identify at least three actionable strategies organizations can implement to strengthen their social performance within the ESG framework.

8 ELEMENTS to Embed ESG & Wellness into Your Workplace
for Employers/ Leaders

LIVE / VIRTUAL
APRIL 22, 2026
10AM PST

You'll discover how the "S" in ESG connects to workplace culture, equity, health, and community impact - and how each of us can make a meaningful difference from where we are. When people think of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), the spotlight often shines on the environmental side - recycling, emissions, and green practices. But the “S” - the social aspect - is just as vital, and it starts with people.

This session helps employees understand how their well-being, voices, and actions contribute to their organization’s overall ESG performance - and how the “S” connects our workplace values to Canada’s national priorities. The OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development)’s 2025 report on Canada highlights that social progress isn’t just about the economy - it’s about ensuring everyone benefits from growth.

You’ll discover how the “S” connects to workplace culture, equity, health, and community impact - and how each of us can make a meaningful difference from where we are.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Explain what the “S” in ESG represents and why it plays a vital role in shaping Canada’s future.

  • Recognize key social challenges Canada faces — including housing, inclusion, and labour equity — and their connection to workplace realities.

  • Connect national social priorities to your own work, community, and organizational culture.

  • Identify practical ways individuals can contribute to meaningful social impact within their workplace and beyond.
