GREEN WISE ACADEMY™ ASSESSMENT
Healthy buildings and spaces are crucial for global health and sustainable development. Building rating or certification systems focus on four main areas: indoor health, resource health, economic health, and environmental health. It's important for all industries to have equal access to the benefits of green buildings and sustainable practices. That's why we developed Green Wise Academy™ and our popular assessment.
Green Wise Academy™ (GWA) is the premier organization for identifying and recognizing sustainability practices, excellence and performance through guidance and education of third-party verified green building certifications. Navigating the myriad of standards, ratings, and certification programs in the marketplace can be daunting. With hundreds of green product certifications and numerous green building rating programs worldwide, each with its unique approach and requirements, determining the most credible and applicable ones for your project, and budget can be a time-consuming challenge.
To know where you need to go, we have to know where you're currently at.
STEP 1 - ASSESSMENT
To streamline your efforts and ensure your project meets the highest standards of sustainability and performance tailored to your budget and your specific needs, start with completing our Green Wise Academy™ assessment. With this thorough assessment, we will look at a variety of health, safety, performance, equity, and environmental factors that all have to do with your space. Our GWA evaluation process offers a clear, comprehensive framework designed to guide you through the essential steps of creating a sustainable, high-performance building.
STEP 2 - REPORT
After you complete the assessment, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing recommendations to help you meet green building standards, certifications and rating systems within the UN's Sustainability and Development goals. The GWA assessment and report is a foundational framework addressing human health and wellness through green building standards, certifications, and rating systems. It aims to mitigate the impact of buildings on the natural environment by promoting sustainable design and practices, with a strong focus on enhancing human well-being. Our tailored recommendations help clients achieve stringent global rating systems focused on sustainable design and practices.
